There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 298(FIN) "An Act exempting quarry rock, sand and gravel, and marketable earth mining operations from the mining license tax; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 298(FIN) pass the House?"
